“Make a Mug”
Half day workshop and morning tea

Tuesday 9th February 2010
10.00am to 12.30pm

“Welcome to 2010” at the Tuesday tutorials at Moonshill.

IT IS NOT NECESSARY to have previously attended, or be intending to attend, Tuesday tutorials. Just come along on this Tuesday and have fun!

Suitable for anyone, whether they have worked with clay before or not.

Come to the studio; enjoy a welcoming cup of tea or coffee and some delicious home-made slice; and make a clay mug of your own.

There are many ways of making vessels out of clay and it is not necessary to use a potters wheel to produce domestic items for everyday use. You will be shown several ways of hand-building your mug and, of course, if you can already use a potters wheel you will be welcome to make your mug that way.

Your mug will be glazed and fired and returned to you on a later date.

There is no charge for this session.
